The staff were very attentive and helpful. They helped me into the car with what I purchased and made the experience very pleasant.
I bought a kitchen at Brico Depot. Carles from the kitchen department was amazing. He was not just professional, but also very patient and helpful. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My Spanish is not good enough yet so Carles was more than happy to help me with his perfect English. I also bought a bunch of other things at the store. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much🙌🏼
I am placing this review because of the excellent service I received from the Kitchens department and staff. Namely Vanessa, Miguel and ? sorry I cannot remember the name of the other kitchen designer who also helped me. It was quite a large number of units and appliances, and I am going back to add a couple more, now my wife has had a chance to arrange everything ! Thank you Brico Depot
